I've had this book for years and love it. I needed another when my daughter, the college student, wanted my smoothie recipes. It was easier getting her the book than writing down all the ones we loved. There are many, easy combinations and delicious.

The directions in this book were easy to follow, but some of the ingredients didn't blend well according to my tastebuds. Others however were quite delicious and all were easy to create.
