Why are we here? Unlike your computer where your personal information can be hacked or shared; here, your information is stored in your own personal Medical Calendar Journal where only you have control. For medical purposes, we're here to explain the importance of this product for saving your life. So what you're viewing started out as a regular calendar redesigned for use as a journal. Personally, its creator needed a secure place for storing his own medical records along with other information's. A secure place whereas he could reach back to any year, month, date or time and retrieve any of his recorded information whenever needed. Somewhere to store every hospital visit, doctor's name, appointment or ache that'd pained him. We're speaking of Edward J. Smith, as he's the creator of this yearly Medical Calendar Journal. First, we thank you for offering your time with this visit. Our thoughts are with you, and our hopes are that this product does for you what the calendars before it has helped others with. This year's design is the eighth in its group reaching back to 2013. It'd been on a night back in 2007 that its creator needed emergency services. Upon arrival, paramedics found themselves kicking in his door to gain entry into his home. Once inside, they'd found Mr. Smith straddled across his basements floor, unable to get up by himself or even call for help. And what was worst, was that he'd been prescribed thirteen different medications. When paramedics asked was he taking medications, because of seizures Mr. Smith couldn't respond? But eventually, he'd been taken to a hospital where he'd stayed for nearly a week. It was during these times back in 2007, that his dreams of wanting some way of storing his own medical records had started taking shape, as one idea was leading to others. It'd taken Mr. Smith six years before finally turning his first calendar into a medical journal and proving his dreams was achievable. Since then, because his creation had worked so well for his own medical purposes, it'd allowed the name and copyrights to form along with the product. Now, every New Year brings Mr. Smith stumbling with excitement while getting his next calendars out to market. And just in case emergency personnel or a sudden visit to a hospital needs this information, the names of the owner's medications are stored inside. Record every time you take a pill and which pills are taken. Your daily weight, hospital visits, doctor's names and visits, appointment dates and times, aches, surgery, etc... Everything about your medical life is viewed as needing recording for future purposes and this Medical Calendar Journal is not a computer. So upon recognizing what he'd created, Mr. Smith realized the many ways his calendar had helped him. When home, he keeps his medical information within sight of emergency personnel in case it's needed. For sudden trips to hospitals or appointments with his doctors, his records are always alongside him. And usually, something's always happened that his doctor's should know about, so whenever needed, he's able to look back to view his saved records. It was on a day that Mr. Smith was visiting with his own doctor that his selfish way of thinking opened up to led him down this path. He'd been sitting and preparing questions to ask his doctor concerning problems that he'd recorded. At that point, it'd occurred to him how well his own personal Medical Calendar Journals had been helping him in such unimaginable ways. "How many others can use this method of record keeping in their lives," he'd thought. So, speaking as someone who's experiencing their own medical problems on a daily basis, Mr. Smith had not just created this method of record keeping, but he's designed this yearly calendar from his own experiences. So, if there's anyone in your life who you feel could use this product, then it'll work wonders for them too.
