I have learned so much and will re-read the book to confirm my findings for my family. Most people expect “smart people” to only be the ones that are good at school and ignore those who struggle in those areas. But this clearly shows how everyone has a skill set (even if the world doesn’t celebrate it) and finding how they operate is so important as a parent and wife/friend/etc. The book also gives example of the weaknesses associated with the strengths.
