Like many others here, I'm a Flight Attendant. Quite frankly I have laughed my butt off. With sincere humor EVERYTHING here is SO TRUE. I love the way the author express the daily hassles we deal with. It would be a great book to have in the passengers seat back pocket so they can laugh and respect a little more the struggles we go through every day. Thanks for a wonderful, comical and refreshing way to express our frustrations. GREAT READ.

I'm a former flight attendant, and got this book as a gift from a friend who still files. It's been 9 years since I had the job, but all the 99 ways still resonated with me and made me laugh. Such a hard job to do! I really appreciated her humor and practical ideas.

Hey, I'm a flight attendant for a major carrier and the author of FLYING BY THE SEAT OF MY PANTS: FLIGHT ATTENDANT ADVENTURES ON A WING AND A PRAYER and I thought this book was darling and basically speaks the inside lanquage of what really frustrates Flight Attendants. Also very humorous!

This book is designed such that it could be read in any order and only a few pages at a time, but I found that impossible to do. I read it cover to cover in one sitting. It is loaded with really good and useful points presented in a truly humorous, well-written manner. Even the long embattled, old road warriors would do well to get a copy and ponder its contents

This book should be read and followed by all travelers. Ms. Deveny presents airline etiquette in a very humorous way. It is easily read and will bring many smiles to your face and maybe even an occassional chuckle. Read it and learn ways to impress your flt. attendants and fellow passengers.
