This is my Dad's favorite book and I always wondered why but now I've my answer, why not. I think this book is indescribable. I probably will run out of adjectives. One of the most famous hindi poets, Harivansh Rai Bachchan has written this in a style that is unique and so far unmatched. His Madhushala is everything. It is life, salvation, pursuit, path, goal, real, unreal, attainable, unattainable. It has a melody to it. When you read it, you feel like someone is humming a sweet song in your ears. Its musical feel makes it even more special. Its highly spiritual in nature though the name may not suggest so. If you have been procrastinating reading it like I did, DON'T DO SO. Its a book that will take you to a new level of thinking. Rest you have to figure out yourself as no review can do justice to it :-)
