Friends, Christmas, and a Snowstorm

This short, quick read is a very sweet story about a Christmas reunion between a group of friends. This is the first book I’ve read by this author-even though it is the last book in the series. I will absolutely be going back to read the previous books.
The couples all come together with different changes that have happened- babies on the way, renovations getting ready to start, job changes, and some new friends as well. What starts out as a fun Christmas dinner between friends is quickly threatened with calamity due to a snow storm. I read this book during a snow storm, and it was the perfect comfort read while I was snuggled up without power.
I recommend this to anyone who loves a quick, fun read.
