This book is a great resource for organizing every aspect of a beginning teacher's experience. There's advice on planning classroom space, managing the classroom, lesson plans, and even advice on personal self-maintenance. This should be a graduation present for every elementary education college graduate.

I was so excited when I ordered this book. And it has fulfilled everything I hoped it would. Yes, it is just for the primary grades. But if that's what you're going to be teaching, it's awesome. I can't wait to start setting up my first classroom.
