I bought this book with CD because I suffer from chronic stress. Though i only have listened to it a couple of times I can say it really helps you to relax and one should spend that half hour each day to do some good to yourself. I recommend it to anybody who wants to lower the RPMs upstairs when the stress is wrecking havoc. Enjoy it.
