The title speaks for it self. It is a short read. It is a beneficial reminder.This book is written from insight acquired throughout my life until this moment. It is the use of eight years of military experience, two years of official mix martial arts experience, 15 months of incarceration experience, a Bachelor of Science in Management, a basic understanding of the divine scriptures, and 35 years of self-reflection. This book is written without monetary and political considerations. All ideas presented are from a proactive psychology.
