The bill of suspension for Donald Macpherson of Culinleen states that "I am threatened to be charged, in virtue of a decreet of removing, obtained at the instance of Alexander Duke of Gordon, and the deceased John Gordon of Clunie, to remove myself, family, subtenants, &c. forth and from the lands of Ballochroan, .. within the space of six days, ..."
