At the age of twenty, after obtaining a head injury, I was sent for a CT scan to check for any skull or brain damage and sent home with the all clear. I didn't know it at the time, but doctors had completely missed a brain tumour.
This book is my story about the highs and lows I have experienced over this ten-year journey I have been on since then.
Being misdiagnosed and then formally diagnosed with a brain tumour, understandably comes with many ordeals including; handling my emotions, dealing with the consequences and difficulties presented by a brain tumour and the benefits as, believe it or not there has been some.
I want to share my story from the beginning in the hope of helping others who may have had to deal similar struggles in life.
