This is a wonderful book that a friend gave me. It is easy to read and has been very helpful in my recovery from alcohol. In fact, I liked the book so much that I bought numerous copies for my counselor to give to anyone she thought might also be helped by it. I gave my own copy away and promptly bought another for myself because I always want to keep one available for reading again. It is that good.
