All of the artwork was composed by Aaron "Silky the Barber-Surgeon" Allen, who inherited his love of art and drawing from his father, Karo (Aaron) and was nurtured by a series of influential people---but his main artistic influences growing up were his father, James Crowder, Ray Billingsley, Charles "Sparky" Schulz and Jill Ammons (MMS art teacher). Aaron "Silky" Allen has had his work published in Ebony Magazine, Ozone and the now defunct publication Grave Light. He has modeled at Bronner Brothers International Hair Show in Atlanta for Babyliss Pro as well as cut the hair of future celebrities and celebrity parents. In his leisure, when not with family he enjoys hiking, fishing, swimming with sharks and other ocean creatures, visiting the big cats (lions, tigers and cougars) in NC, tandem skydiving and skateboarding.
