I am so glad to have discovered Gayle Reichler's ACTIVE WELLNESS! Not only does it offer helpful and accessible information on adopting a more healthy lifestyle, but the author's guidance is made all the more powerful by the fact that she followed the very same program herself. I have put my entire family on the Active Wellness Program - even my children.
