I've never written a review for a casebook, but I liked this one more than any other I've had in the last two and a half years of law school. I felt like the authors did a good job of editing the cases. They typically give a short synopsis of the facts and let you get right into the reasoning and holding of the case. I felt the notes were helpful. Not all of the notes are open-ended questions, they're a good mix of thought provoking questions, contradicting and supporting cases, and additional insight.
A "best sellers" of administrative law

This is a complete and remarkable book about administrative law, in which the study of administrative procedure is preponderant, especially from the perspective of the cases.
