An inspiring new book from Janice Taylora the ultimate weight loss cheerleader In Our Lady of Weight Loss, Janice Taylor put a new, creative spin on weight loss, offering humor and art projects to make slimming down fun. Now, in All Is Forgiven, Move On, Taylor takes us on a journey to Sveltesvilleathe magical place where we can free ourselves from the food and weight madness for good. As Taylor explains, to change our bodies we need to radically shift our attitudeaget out of our ruts, forgive ourselves for past sins, and move on with a positive outlook. Here she offers 101 forgiving, fun, and fat-burning steps along the road to weight loss to help readers recharge and stay inspired when the journey gets rocky.
Janice Taylor is simply delightful! She is cheerful, creative, and super-spirited about her work...and all of this comes across in her writing. There is no way to look at, listen to, or read Janice Taylor and be unhappy. No way! I am not on a personal quest for weight loss but "All is Forgiven", I have discovered, encompasses so much more - it's about renewing your outlook on life, your journey and, most of all, your esteem. It is the type of book that I like to take a little bite out of everyday - just for a boost of inspiration or a little yummy food for thought. The art work (graphics as well as Janice's artwork, present throughout the book) is an added boon. Even if I'm not reading, it's fun to just peruse the pictures, marvel at Janice's art, and enjoy how beautifully formatted the book is. If you are battling with your weight however, as many of us are, this book is a MUST READ before you even THINK about starting another diet! Everything about "All is Forgiven" will make you feel good, and better about what might have seemed an impossible journey to "Sveltsville." Sometimes you simply need a change of perspective :-)

This book is for anyone who has ever suffered through toxic weight loss meetings where they serve guilt on a platter and for all of us who have yo-yoed our way up and down the scales for as long as we can remember. Janice Taylor is such a breath of fresh air. Thank you Janice!
Funny, fun and practical

I love Taylor's wit and art--I burned calories just laughing. But most of all there is practical advice, not only for losing weight and keeping it off, but for reinforcing your self-esteem, helping you uncover new points of view, and giving you ways to deal with all the ups and downs of life (besides eating that last piece of cake). I highly recommend the book!

Reading this book is like sitting with a girl friend and laughing about weight loss while trying to help each other through the process. Janice encourages you to think differently, take a practical look at yourself, and urges you to make a few changes in how you see yourself. She does it in such a light and funny way, its hard to resist turning the page to see what else is there, when really, you should sit and ponder some of her ideas for a few minutes before moving on. It is truly a freeing book. I'll never look at myself the same way. I'm ready to move on and stay healthy! Watch out world!
