An excellent reading. Captain Fuentes does an excellent job in his account of his experiences of September 11. The end of the book is particularly interesting.

This book is absolutely incredible. It is an easy read, that will make you laugh, cry, and feel a strong sense of what it truly means to be an American. It is very real, and immigrant Alfredo Fuentes leads us through his poignant journey in becoming an American.

As an avid reader, I so enjoyed this book. It was easy reading and it touched my heart. I realized how important is to enjoy life as it could gone in a minute. It brought me inside 9/11/2001 alongside the firefighters to witness their efforts. I'm also so proud to call myself an american. A must read for all, truly enjoyable. Thanks America
