Yea, it's ok to know a -little- about how our Country runs... I guess. But do I need to know that Marshall created the activist court?

I love the study of Constitutional Law, so I'm definitely biased in favor of the topic. Other books I've had to read for college courses have not been easy to read. This book is not only easy to read, but FUN to read! It is so well-written that you will forget you are studying a difficult subject. The history, legal concepts, and events in this book are so clearly explained that it reads like a novel.
