I will add that this book was written so that people could actually sit down and enjoy a story, while at the same time helping to unravel past mysteries and complete a line that has been elusive for so long. With that mindset, I have added dozens of references in the main body itself in such a way as to keep the story line relative but intentionally omitted footnotes, relying on deductive reasoning in some instances. In this forum, one can truly delve into a great "drama" without losing or interrupting the flow of thought.
