This is a good tool to use in teaching grade school ages the internals of animals. The pictures are excellent but not gory. This purchase completely fills the bill I intended it for.

This book is great! It gives a brief overview of 35 different animals, with interesting descriptions of each animal and a large colorful picture of the insides with the outer view as well. I enjoy using it in my preschool class even though it is "rated" for ages 9 -12. With its bright pictures and informative tidbits, it would make a great gift for children 3 - 12. Excellent for Christian centers as there are no references to evolution. You've got to see it!
