Great reference and study book

Even tough the focus is a lot on European, English and American furniture, which were and are trendsetters, the book is very informative and the explanations are done by qualified experts(s) in the subject. I have it on my shelve and I can constantly consult it for several styles and history of furniture, as well as for general knowledge to apply when purchasing or discussing about furniture. The layout and index of names, styles, objects etc are easy to comprehend and are well illustrated. Moro color photo's in the next edition please! A definite recommendation for those that want to become an expert, for the aficionado and the professional. Randall Croes
