Everything Sounds So Good!

I grew up in South Texas with a love for many Tex-Mex flavors, and other flavors from around the globe (thankfully, Texas is very food diverse). I bought this book after watching a Canadian cooking show -Walk of Chefs. While watching the show and listening to the chefs, I became interested in what they cooked. I was very happy when I started looking through this book. Everything sounds delicious and I can find the ingredients! The flavors and seasonings and fresh ingredients are many that I love. Also, I love the layout and design of the book. The photos are full-paged and beautiful. Plus, the recipes are very easy to read and follow due to the considerate type-font choices. This book was very well thought out. I love this book!
