Beginning of a great series, although I admit to reading #3, #4 and #5 first, then back-tracked to start at the beginning - loved this story and the plot was amazing. Resilience, friendship, love, family ties -- all factor in. I highly recommend this book - I read it in two days - you won't be disappointed.
