You could build a practice around the workbook and the related text. We have certainly used some of the material, which you're allowed to do, with some adult ADHD clients and found the instruments helpful.

This is what I wanted. I don't really know how valid this is but it is a nice checklist to measure add in adults. It certainly is better than the computer tests. It is nice to have somthing objective for adults.
