NEBRASKA- Right in the middle of the Wild West !!

Growing up in Nebraska, I knew vaguely of many of these stories. But the author has done tons of research to bring you all of the fine details that go with these stories. They give you a glimpse of life 100 years ago with all of the vivid detail. Other books of his are just as good. He is a Nebraskan at heart, not an outsider looking in and trying to do a book about a state he knows little about. Read this book and you will be amazed and feel like you can see the events unfolding in your mind. Many times we forget what our ancestors have been through. Take a glimpse back through the pages of time with this excellent book. How soon we forget the past.
