Far too many struggling Black Youth are driven by negative mental forces which cause them to believe destructive European information and disbelieve African Tradition Truths. Certain sub-awareness Forces, culturally transmitted from African American slavery, still cause self-defeating Emergency Brain over-usages. To aid self-correction, this book presents eight management categories: (1) Brain Switching from Emergency Brain over-use to cultivation of a "Thriving Brain"; (2) Replacing mind-trapping Beliefs/Bad Habits with Human Ideals; (3) striving for Human Perfection with every job done; (4) managing personal, interpersonal, and societal problems by internalizing 25 foundational Ancient African Spiritual Principles; (5) Self-Esteem elevation by fashioning hard earned achievements to arrive at "Enough" Self-Pride; (6) Stimulating calm, productive Right/Left Brains via Art, Music, Ancient African Mathematics; (7) doing Workable Problem solving by African Tradition's Common Sense, Logic, Creative, Critical, Reasoning Thinking; (8) stabilizing daily Juggling problems (e.g. money issues, racism, self-defense). Fundamental is having Absolute, Certain, Unchanging Standards arising out of the Cosmic River System's Spiritual Elements of Unconditional Love, Truth, Reality, and Naturalness. It is against these Standards that all of ones Life-Shaping/Life-Changing Decisions/Solutions are compared for "Rightness" Thinking/Living.
