A Hairy Situation Barbie Bradley was swept off her feet--literally. One moment the twenty-something was traversing Forest Lawn Cemetery in the dead of night with her best friend, the next she was thrown like a sack of potatoes over a man's shoulder. True, she and Angie had come to this odd locale for a singles party, but this wasn't quite how she'd planned to get picked up. Hello, Dolly Darin Russell found "Ms. Right" at work, which was surprising because girls in the cemetery were usually a tad, in a word, stiff. Not that this one couldn't stand to loosen up. She seemed particularly sensitive about being named after the Mattel toy, and before he popped the question he had to know how she'd react to his furry little secret. You see, though he had a tuxedo and a Porsche, he had more in common with the residents of the Miami Zoo than Ken. And if things went according to plan, Barbie was going to see his animal side.
What fun! Being an almost purely historical romance reader, I didn't know exactly what to expect with this kind of story but it was right up there with Stephanie Rowe's "Immortally Sexy" series. Fantasy, romance, and humor! My favorite ingredient! I understand this is new for this author as she usually does darker more serious paranormal fantasy stuff but if this was her first light book - I say MORE of this!! Only one little quirk and it's not just with this author. I hate when the cover images don't match the description of the characters inside. This definitely seems to be a blonde on the cover with pretty long hair; not brown hair and shoulder length. Aside from that my big question now is "What" is Walter??? Enjoy! =)

From ParaNormal Romance Reviews - Top Staff Pick ! Deborah M says: "I saw this three years ago in the American Titles contest and really rooted for it to win. It was just so much fun and really strikes the note that Thomas will be an author you hear a lot from in the coming year. I've got a feeling this could be the sleeper of the year. With that title, the quirky cover and Thomas's original style, this is a winner."
Enjoyable Reading

If you are looking for a light, energy driven, easy read and fun sensual story this is the book for you. Linda has created this para-normal fiction for a person who can be sipping a cup of tea on a warm Sunday afternoon or waiting for children to get out of school to help take their minds off life for a few moments. Listening to Linda at her recent book signings, she is truly passionate about her writings and creativity. Linda is a down to earth person, who does all of her own writing, who responds to correspondence received and edits her own material. Very few writers in this industry can say that. This book and future books are a must read collection and one for gift givings. Cheers!!
This is a great, fun, fluffy read. As light as angel food cake, this amusing light paranormal had me laughing out loud. I was hooked from the first page to the last. I wanted to be Barbie and I fell in love with Darin and his furry little secret. Linda Thomas-Sundstrom has created a wonderful escape book. I highly recommend it.
