I began beading about six months ago and really needed a resource on how to make necklaces. I bought Bead Fantasies IV and it gave specific intructions on how to make the beautiful necklaces (and other jewelry). I would highly recommend it to novices and experienced beaders.
Outstanding.

This book is great. The illustrations are beautiful and the instructions are easy to follow. I was inspired to create my own designes based on the photo illustrations. Buy it, you'll love it.
Bead Fantasy indeed

I own all the books in the Bead Fantasies collection. Each one gets better and this one is no exception. The technique used is beadweaving mainly with seed beads and crystals and semi-precious beads as accents. My favorite part of this book is the amount of pendants one can make. There are a ton of projects jammed into this book. This series is not for the beginning beader, although it is great inspiration for color combinations and materials. The books are translated from Japaneese and have small diagrams with thread paths. Directions are not always clear. I will continue to buy new books in the series as they are released.
Ah, at last - Noble Beads!

In Japan, this same book is called Noble Beads. This is a great book, just like the previous Bead Fantasies (I-III), the book is clearly illustrated with bead & thread paths. Beautiful photography of the finished projects. Very little $$ for the wonderful projects you will want to do over & over again. Appropriate for the intermediate beader - or for a begining beader who does not mind following threadpaths.
Another Bead book must have

The fourth book in this series is my favorite so far. The jewelry keeps getting better and better. The color palettes too are absolutely Divine. I eagerly await the next book in the series.
