This interactive format provided me with several thought provoking moments. I truly enjoyed tapping into parts of my life that I seldom consider or ponder. Had a great time. I'd love to have my girlfriend answer some of the questions - could learn a lot about each other.

This is an interactive workbook that not only I but my husband enjoyed as well. We have spent many hours discussing our answers, thoughts, hopes and dreams. We have been together nearly half a century, amazing some of the topics we didn't cover. I highly recommend this for people of all ages. I did buy Dr. Beattie Inlows, Becoming ME: an autobiography for my grandchildren last year.
