Great book that tells the legacy of such a great act!

Before the Legend: The Rise of New Kids on the Block is a great account of how to make it in the music industry despite the obstacles and disappointments. Maurice Starr believed and never quit. This book is a fast read with interesting tidbits and historical accounts of why this boy band lead to the creation of other boy bands, which happen to be White singing a form of rhythm and blues music. Great for all the young girls who loved New Kids and for those working hard to make it in the music industry.
