Great book for learning g how to use real world reinforcement

I knew most of the stuff in this book but it was good to see it written out in more details. Really gave me a bigger picture and fleshed put some details I haven’t given much thought before.
Seems a bit impractical for actual reactivity but for lack of impulse control and overall weaning off treats this is a great book
