I have completed this study 2 times now with other men, and each time I'm reminded of my own shortcomings as the spiritual leader in my home. The study serves as a great reminder of what God is calling men to, and how short we fall at times. It's also been a great study to share with other men and encourage them as they seek God's direction for their own lives and the lives of their families. I would highly recommend this study for anyone who desires to raise a godly family.
