This is a well written book on the concept and practice of benchmarking. The book gives a comprehensive coverage of a wide range of topics on benchmarking including a clear explanation of what benchmarking is all about, how to use it and the benefits from employing it. Camp does a marvelous job of providing the reader with the why's and wherefore's of the benchmarking process. Very easy reading yet quite complete and informative on the methodology and the use of benchmarking analyses.
