Had ordered due to the "Featuring the Flavors of England, Ireland and Scotland" description. Disappointed in that only 30+ pages devoted to these regions, 11 of those pages were recipes and rest where photos, history, cheese info. etc. Majority of book the usual yearly compilation from Gourmet Magazine which are always nice.
