I like these workout. You don't have to take a lot of time out of your day to do them but you still get a workout.

Back issues are something I have had off and on for awhile, but have been working with various things and exercises to help stretch and strengthen my muscles. This book and DVD combination is a very good thing to have around if you have those types of issues, it provides details on the hows and whys of back pain, and adds exercises and a DVD to the mix to help you work on the issues. Well worthwhile purchase.

I have several books with exercises for the back, the this is my first back exercises book with a dvd. It's a great deal for both. The exercises are clear and easy to understand. There are also four levels, which is helpful. No glitzy production, but a true find.

I was a bit overwhelmed at first thinking I had to review and figure out every single exercise before starting so I just stuck the DVD in. Most exercises were easy to follow with the model and the ones that were a bit tricky I just looked up in the book. As I'm recovering from a back injury I'm taking it slow and can only do 1 or 2 of the sessions at a time, but I can see doing all in the future for a nice workout. The moves are only repeated a few times so if one is particularly difficult you know it won't last forever!
