Another Great Book

I've read Peggy Herring before and I like her work. Essentially, this story is the "not-so-straight-girl pursues the doesn't-trust-anyone lesbian," but it is well told and not cheesy. I actually believed the story and had an easy time picturing the characters and events. As usual, I couldn't put the book down until I was finished.

my first peggy j herring book. and after this great read i had to buy her other books also. a refreshingly real look at romance. i have read it atleast 3 times.

This is one of those books that you hate to set it down. I found myself wondering how soon I could back to read some more of it. This author has a unique way of grasping your attention and holding it. You don't even realize she is doing this to you.I have read a lot of books in my 47 years but this author has a talent for turning writing into an "art". There is a difference - lots of people can write, but it takes an author like this one to make you feel as if she has taken you out of your surroundings and placed you in the very place where the book is taking place. You even envision what the people look like. By the time you get done reading the book you feel as if you know the people on a first name basis. This author has a God given talent and has definately changed my books of choice.

Beyond all Reason is by far my favorite to date.I truly enjoyed this book I could indentify withthe women ,trust being the main issue.the Author has a way of getting you to laugh and also cry,I did some of that too!

What a wonderful book! The characters were realistic, the story kept me involved...I could not put the book down. It was exactly what i wanted from a romance novel. One of Herring's finest books...
