I loved this book. It was very informative, telling exactly what exercises Matt does, what he eats most days of the week, all the emotional baggage he had to deal with, and all the ugly details of weight loss. It was a very inspirational read.
A true inspiration from one who's been there....in the most public way possible!

As a weight loss life coach, I found myself shaking my head in agreement with so much that Matt wrote about in his book. From a man who struggled with his weight and found the inner strength to address it in such a public manner, I'm impressed that he now offers all that he learned so practically. This book addresses the concern of weight in a loving and down-to-earth manner. And, as a former athlete who later battled weight issues myself, I so very much related to Matt and his story. Matt tells it like it is! My husband and I personally knew Matt during those years he was gaining weight and he does not hold back in this book. Thanks for all the information inserts also, they are great guides for us trying to stay healthy and quick reference. Keeping that 100 lbs off is a huge success and we will never forget seeing you for the 1st time off the ranch at that weight- it was the Matt we had never met, but so glad we have!
