Borrowed from library and decided to buy

We borrowed this from a library to accompany our Cycle 2 Classical Conversations memory work for science. I have a second grader and a kindergartner. Turns out, this one book covers most of the memory work for weeks 1-6, so I decided to buy it. At their current age and reading ability, I am reading sections of the book aloud to them and then we discuss it, but the next time we cover this Cycle they will both be old enough to read it and comprehend it on their own. There are colorful photos and drawings on almost every page.
