In a small scouting camp, a group of Callis soldiers are relaxing at night. They drink, eat, gamble and fill their tent with laughter...

Until a fearsome intruder arrives to turn a peaceful night into a scene of bloody violence. This vengeful apparition is a Vere and his fearsome size is matched only by his merciless ferocity.

Cries of laughter become bellows of exertion and shrieks of agony. Razor-edged blades flash in the firelight.

For one young Callis named Corfel, this night will be a turning point in his life. He will be changed forever by the conflict - if he survives at all.

Bloodfury& Fear is a standalone story taken from Era Of Darkness Volume I. This is the Extended Version, with two additional bonus chapters. Both war-torn volumes of the Era Of Darkness Saga are now available, plus the first in the Survival spin-off series: 'Slaughter At Ghastar'.
