An intelligent twist that modernizes the traditional haunted house story!

This is a well thought out modern take on the classic ghost story. A DNA test leads the main character to discover he is the long-lost heir to a family fortune and a mansion which just happens to be haunted. When Alex arrives at his new mansion, he meets and instantly falls in love with the beautiful caretaker, Maggie. Soon after he arrives 2 greedy family friends (frienemies!) show up and try to steal and coerce their way into his fortunes but are thwarted by the protective spirit of the former mansion owner. A good mix of a ghost story-love story-karma and with some very funny parts too. I loved it!
