BLUES by NOOR
Written over the span of six weeks, these seventy poems called blues, offers the readers a brief glimpse inside the mind of an artist who is haunted by his existence, tormented by his emotions, tortured by his passions and compelled by the burden of his creativity.
It allows the reader to see what he sees, feel what he feels, listen what he says and understand what he wants the world to understand.
Some poems are confessional, some are philosophical, some are narrative driven while all of them are a by product of emotions.A one way ticket to an existential crisis...The Blues from 2020's are as MELANCHOLIC as the blues from 1920's...Part philosophical, part tragic, part romantic, part horror, and fully emotional...Dark, demented and haunting at times...Bold, disturbing, triggering yet something so beautiful and poetic...You can read the blues, you can sing the blues but you gotta feel the blues...Related Subjects
