Boo, a little ghost, does not want to scare anybody. He wants to be friendly and have fun for Halloween. With the help of Bella, a young witch, who has already learned a few spells, his wish comes true. She organizes a Halloween party in the unused upstairs room of an old woman confined to a wheelchair. What an assortment of guests! Boo, of course, and, to his surprise, a small girl ghost. Kittens, owl, raven, bat, black spider, and a carved pumpkin are there. Late arrivals are the scarecrows. Even skeletons, who give a floorshow, appear. A grandfather clock provides dance music. With Bella's help, the old woman can walk again and join the party. Boo, surrounded by so many fun-loving Halloween characters, is the happiest little ghost.What an assortment of guests! Boo, of course, and, to his great surprise, a small girl ghost.
