Very clear & easy to use.

This book is very well organized, easy to use, and actually amusing in parts. The authors did a nice job. The best I've seen so far on the subject. I've recommended it to co workers.

VB MTS programmers - start here first ...

This is a great book for anyone interested in programming your typical MTS system - You have a database and a bunch of clients who want to access it using MTS.This book details the way you would do it with ADO and as a beginner's guide it is invaluable. A lot of people will say that you should buy Don Box's book, or even Ted Patterson's book first but this book is simple to understand and gives you all the basics before moving on to the more difficult topics. So start here first before you move on to the other books.

A great way to learn the latest technology!

I'm just learning how all this new technology works and this text has been really great at getting me up and running quickly and efficiently. Unlike most books of this genre, the text here is easy to read (almost fun - for a technical book, that is) and the examples relevant and easy to follow. I highly recommend this text for anyone either looking to get started or who needs a more detailed understanding of this technology.
