I thought it was very well written and I wanted to hear her story and how she survived such an ordeal. This was a very sad case and failed this child on so many levels but to come out a survivor and thriving and living a happy life is the best karma
Confusing for people who are just getting into true crime books.

This book is so complex it is ridiculous. Each chapter goes back and forth between Katie and the news reporter covering her story. So one minute we hear from Katie then it's right back to the media's side of the story. I saw Katie on Dr. Phil so i thought i would purchase her book and i am very disappointed with how it is written. Unless you like bouncing back and forth i do not suggest this book.
