Over our years of ministry in Burkina Faso, West Africa I wrote letters to our friends and supporters back home. These letters record the evidence of God's love and faithfulness in our lives. They tell about the daily life of our missionary family and our life's adventures during our years of service. Burkina is about the size of Colorado with about 2 to 2 1/2 times the population of Colorado. Recent times have seen much famine. This country, at this time, is considered to be one of the 25 poorest countries in the world. This volume of my diary covers the years 2012 - 2013, sharing our return to ministry in Burkina after almost 20 years. This time we have had Facebook to share our lives with you and many of these stories have been shared there over the years. Today I am very thankful for so many great things in my life. I have still many things that annoy or frustrate me, but today I will choose to be thankful and aware of all that is good in my life How about you? Betty
