My son loved this Bus book

My son loved this book so much that he used to sleep with it. He asked me to read it over and over again. I just found out that it is downloadable through MobiStories so I am getting a new copy for my nephew and the dwonloadable version for when his mom has to drive long distances in the car. There are only a couple of words on each page which are written in large print which makes it easier for beginning readers to start following along. Because of this book "Bus" was one of the first words that my son learned to read.

The illustrations are captivating, the text is spare and rhythmic, and this book fulfills my 16mo daughter's fascination with buses. Great book, I don't mind that she says "again" the minute we finish reading this one.

The bold colors and simple, rythmic text of this little book make it perfect for reading to a pre-toddler with a short attemtion span. I can read this book to our son Max a dozen times in a row and he is still glued to each page.
