The first 3 Chapters might give you boring impression, but it is because the platform of the subject has to be revealed even if it is not that exciting. Further chapters are REALLY Good. It is actually the handbook for conducting business research - from the very formulation of your research question till the very end, hypothesis acception or rejection.
