This is simply the best book on foreclosures that I have found. I know a lot about real estate because I have owned my own real estate office for the last 14 years and own several properties. I love reading real estate books and this one is GREAT. The book was very well written and very well researched. EXCELLENT

The author is obviously very knowledgeable about foreclosures. I found that this book had a very straightforward approach to investing in foreclosures. It told about things that you need to watch out for that I wasn't aware of. The book also has a lot of great real life experiences. Excellent price for a great book.
