This book is well written (in easy-to-use segments) and it's loaded with really practical information. You'll get great advice that's truly useful - whether you have to speak at a meeting, present an award, give a eulogy, make a wedding toast, whatever. In particular, the section on 'handling tough questions' is worth its weight in gold (it's perfect for anyone facing a job interview!).Also, the book has a huge section on 'overcoming nervousness'. I've never seen such helpful information in any other public speaking book.
