Some describing what the book looks like and reads like:
The “3D pages” are clear pages with parts of vehicles that you can flip to the left or the right indicating the movement of opening or closing something such as a trunk or door or it enables a car to move from point a to point b. There do seem to be areas where the descriptive pages seem to be less logical in the placement they are in and there are things that should have been drawn differently in and worded differently to make more sense, but that’s where the adult reader comes in and explains. For instance; the story makes more sense in some areas reading right to left and some clear pages work better being flipped in reverse of the words you read (such as people getting on the bus when you are reading getting on the bus, and off when getting off), the last page has a motorcycle printed in the sky when nothing else is, it tells you a bicycle has two wheels but the only bicycle has training wheels on it (making 4). If you are reading to a small child you will have to remember they are learning a lot of these things as you are reading them to them. This is all fine if you describe these things to the child but if you don’t it’ll lead to confusion.
Issues if taken literally:
My son is autistic so the words said are taken literally. If he is looking for a bicycle and is told it has two wheels he won’t look at the one with training wheels on it regardless of how much it looks like a regular bicycle because it has 4 wheels. In all honesty I don’t blame him. I just found out I have autism as well and things fly over my head sometimes too because I take them literally.
Anyway, the point is, you will have to actively read and explain this book because it doesn’t seem to have had a proofreading team.

This book looks so real and with the 3D pictures you and your children will feel like we are actually in the vehicles. This is a great book to look at and read for hours at a time. We notice something different every time we look at it.

Our 2 year old son loves this book. This is the book he wants every night. He says "Truck, truck," and we know that it is this book that he wants.
